Poxy works?

hey guys its me again i need a little help. My dad was helping me work on my car the other night and my rubber muffler thing came off.(STOCK) My dad said that iut would work to put poxy on it? it has help up so far but do you think it will last?:confused: [B][B]

the rubber u refer to is a piece of tubing that is used due to its tolerance to the heat u can run to ur LHS and pick up a few for less that a couple-a-bux.

normal tubing will not withstand the heat that ur exhaust is going to create once ur engine reaches 200 let alone when it peaks at 280 degrees. so i figure it will last until u reach full tempp and refuel a couple-a-times
