Hi , I found 2 lipos packs that fit nicley.
The
Venom 11.1v 4000 mah pack and
Venom 7.4v 5000mah pack
,are a perfect fit for the stock E-Maxx brushless edition (so you can use the proper traxxas battery hold downs.)
These are the battery specs,
Traxxas batteries pack -height 24mm ,width 44mm and length 160mm (supplied with E-Maxx)
Venom 11.1v 4000mah -height 24mm ,width 45mm and length 136mm
Venom 7.4v 5000mah -height 24mm ,width 44mm and length 134mm
The venom 11.1v 5000mah are slightly too high at 30mm and the tallest battery hold down supplied with the E-Maxx is 28mm. You can Use velcro tape as it fits in the space perfectly, its just too high to use the hold downs.
Hope this helps some people as venom are good lipos for the cash .
tower hobbies sells them all for around 50 or 60 bucks a pack
