Ha I'm the first one to post that there is a new body available on traxxas website. It is the 4 wheel parts truck. COOOOLLLLL!!!

I paint my own so i dont keep up with thoes pre-fab body paintjobs. Looks ok though

The second truck on this page. The Greg Adler 4wheel parts truck. They now have 5 bodies to choose from. It is not on Tower yet though.

LOL...I should've posted this over a week ago when I saw it on the website. This is the one that I reserved at my LHS. It's my favorite body and I like those wheels with the black ring.


good call on the black beadlok ring. didnt catch that before.

i believe that the beadlocks are "fake" they still use glue to mount the tire.

oh yea, the beadlocks are fake.

ima use the body as a basher, then get a clear proline or another stock body, paint it white and leave the stickers off :D that'll look so sick with the black rims.

The beadlocks are still fake like in any other Traxxas? Are you sure?
What about people who pre-ordered, can they still get the new body?

Yeah they're fake. The tires stay on better that way :)

And they're a ton lighter... At least compared to the Proline beadlocks.

I believe the correct term is 'Bead Lock Look' for the rims. ;)

And as far as the Pre-Orders are concerned, I guess it just depends on who you Pre-Ordered from and what your options are from them. If you ordered from a Local Shop you probably have a better chance of getting the exact one you want as opposed to ordering from Tower where you get what ever is available(though you probably get it quicker).

exactly. and a lot cheaper. once you wear out the tires or want different ones, just get some acetone, find a way to hold the wheels over about an inch of pure acetone in a sealed container, let it sit for 2 days and they will come right off :)
