No throttle - DX3R

Well a bought a DX3R used TX only. I got the radio to bind with my receiver (MRX-3000). Steering worked imediately, but no throttle. So next I calibrated the Stock slash ESC. Hold the button til red, let go. wait for single flash, then full throttle. wait for double red the full brake, then solid green. Still no throttle. toggle on / off still nothing. powered on bright green, applied throttle lite goes out till full throttle then bright green, same for reverse. Any ideas???? Worked fine using my old DX2.0 and still does if I re-bind it. What am I missing?:confused:

Just a though, not sure but, Is the throttle control on the TX good? the switch in the TX?

Just saw another do this, but it was the motor. The brushes fell out of two brand new titans. Try another motor, or use a multimeter on the motor leads and see if you have voltage at full throttle.

You nailed it outkast! The motor had a dead spot on it. Murphy's law. New motor & I'm in business :D
