Yes all you need is a set of 17mm traxxas adapters. I'm running a set of their racing spike tires on BKS wheels but all 1/8 buggy tires and wheels are the same size.

This is a set of the same brand of wheels and tires on my Slayer. The 17mm hub adapters were very easy to put in too.
