trying to figure out what direction I want to go with the slash. I am wondering how well the mashers will work on the slash? They seem a little close to the chassis and wondering if they would hit the body. Right now I just have a slash roller without a body. Have mashers on a pede that I am pulling VXL out of for the slash.

i picked up a set of mashers with rims ... they fit chassis wise but body clearance is definitely an issue lol

nope, I have only bought the 69 charger body, I had one growing up :)

I only have my original bodies currently ... I do need a way to lift the body off the OEM body mounts to use these with a body on

From what I have seen, the bug body should work ok, imo

I found those blue RPM crawler rims rub on my a-arms (front and back) with my widemod (using Stampede rear a-arms front and rear). The RPM stampede rear a-arms that I put on the front are especially tight. Had to dremel them quite a bit.

FYI...

Do you get any rubbing with your a-arms? Looks kinda tight in your pics, too...

My baja rubbed some of the paint off the sides...

I run them only on the rear and so far, with out a body. Was only testing so did not get too carried away. The gearing was way too high during my test. I have not tried them with a lower gear ratio yet. That test is coming.

They did not rub on the rear with stock chassis parts. I also left on the stock wheel hubs.
