No you cant, they are out of those now too. I placed an order for an amsoil slash a couple weeks ago. I sent an e-mail to traxxas asking when it would ship and they said they are expecting a shipment the end of this month.

Sucks they dont tell you they are on backorder before you order.

so basically it's
$290 - truck
$10 - misc stuff
=$300
+$25 shipping
-$75 coupon
=$250 USD
so basically $290CAD (which i am expecting a local retail price of $350+)

8$ is probably for crossing the border only. In Alberta you have only one 5% sales tax right? if so, it may apply to the total amount of your order.

yes, i said that, GST = Government Sales Tax, GST is 5%, but regardless, i would be paying that 5% if i bought it locally so i am not factoring it in to the price.

i added $10 of fillers to get it above $300... and i think it depends on your email. some emails have different discounts.


And i am in canada, no perks like free shipping for us.

anyone notice tower's site changed today? they now report early june. my back order status changed to early june as well. did anyone elses?

edit: i just called them and was told that date is when they expect to get their first shipment from traxxas. looks like some people's reports of early arrival wasn't true.
