okay first...where the heck is the low speed needle??? and what is the stock setting... also what should i set the high speed needle to? how many turns back to stock from all the way tightened?

when is it set correct? do a pinch test, engine must idle up and die between 3-5s... and when coming from WOT to halt then idling must come down to idle position within 8s...
