Any electric brushed motor is water proof. But it will shorten the life of them. So I would say get one that you can get brushes and parts for easily.

this one (http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXJAJ5&P=7) is on massive backorder but it's the most recommended motor you'll find on this forum

I have the one pogopunk posted but you have to keep that thing clean to keep it runnin right.
For your conditions it might be worth tryin this thing out if you can get a pinion on it.

with that one you're psuhign the edge of your ESC... it's rated for 15 turn but the 17 will give you a better speed/torque ratio and STILL be faster than the stock one

I have a Trinity Speed Gems Amber 17 double mod motor. Real nice piece. Stay away from the Venom Fireball motor, I had one burn out on my Slash after one 20 minute bashing session. Don't forget to widen your gear ratio with your new motor.

the cheap was is to cover your motor in nylons (like the ones girls wear)
the more expensive but better option is to get some of these
