Is it just me or does the Summit in the traxxas videos seems a little fast, or is it because of the camera angle?

lol ok hey moose u seem to know alot about these trucks what do u think about putting a Brushless in a summit?

Personally i don't think putting a brushless in the Summit would be a good idea.

To be honest i love the summit but i could use a little more WHP what do you suggest?

I actually figured it was just having the lens zoomed in on the Summit makes it look faster than it really is.

Run it on Lipos and it has plenty of power to do whatever you want it to.

what lipo do u recomend would 7.4v 8000mah would be ok and do i need anything else?

more than ok. Im cheap and run 2 Maxamps 2S 4000mah batts, and am more than happy with the results. And you will need either a LVC or LVA. I use 2 LVA's and they fit in the batt compartments.

I use LVA (Low Voltage Alarms) flashes lights and alarms when the voltage drops, I use 2 of them. The only experience I had with an LVC was in the VXL system's and I dislike them, they always shut down the lipos prematurely

Do the LOAs (loud obnoxious alarms) sound when you hit the throttle hard as a result of the voltage dip?
