slightly dissapointed

I just got done with the second run on my erevo to alittle dissapointment. i did a few speed runs and my sway bar broke. the next thing i know the truck rolls, and it did one flip and the wing mount broke. also the rear tires came unglued and a spoke on the rim totally shattered. all off of one flip. slightly disapointed as I have owned alot of traxxas vehicles and never broke things so easily. hopefully this truck will be stronger than my first, or should i say, my second impression.

WOW , I have put mine through the wringer and and have only cracked a rear bulkhead from clipping a garage door ....

thats why i was surprised. ive put every truck i own through everything and never had a problem, and this one breaks on nothing. oh well, more money to spend. the wife will love me:lol:

Well do You live in a cold state , if you do that is why everything is breaking so easy :) I beat the crap out of myne in the summer and olny went thru one tie rod, and one arm!

I can echo that..

I've gone through two front bulkheads & tie bars in the course of a couple of weeks, that seems to be my weak link.

Alot of people are boiling them in water to give the parts alittle give so they don't break as easily in colder weather.

I can feel your pain I got mine for x-mas and the same thing the wing mount
broke and three of the four rims cracked around the lug nut I don't know if
they were tightened to much at the factory or what but I called traxxas and the told me to send them in and they would look at the problem since it's so
new I've only had it out a few times.

Cold weather + stock plastic parts = all most certain failure. Im not suprized the wing mount broke after a roll, its in a very exposed location. One word of advice is to avoid turning sharply at speed, even with sway bars you'll still flip the truck, you really need to slow down alot and think about the tires you're running and the surface (grippy or not?).
