1)The BL Erevo will have the single motor mount and gear cover as standard, instead of the dual motor mount and cover.
2)There will be a little BL Edition ERevo sticker on the shell.
3) It will use a different pinion as standard I imagine, and include optional gears for different ratios (spur/pinion, or both maybe).
Thats it. :)

it was rumored that the axle sliders would be the same dual cv ones that the summit is using.
i hope those come out soon. they look like a great replacement for the current sliders.

If Traxxas states that the BL erevo will be available on next January I assume it is already beeing produced and I wonder why so many details are still covered by secret.......:confused:

what do you mean "by secret"?
I dont think its a matter of them trying to keep anything under wraps. They announced the vehicle. They list the specs. I just think that we, the consumers, constantly want more details. I remember when there were 20 threads about the e-revo battery compartment size. EVERYONE wanted to know what size batteries would fit. People who measured at the RCX show got different results....people called castle (they had one) and got other dimensions, and traxxas tech support gave different answers as well. It wasn't until I actually got the erevo that I ever had a difinitive answer. Once I got the measurements, I took a picture and posted it in the threads, and eventually when Neil wrote the FAQ, he posted it in there;

anyway, I dont really think that anything is "secret" per se, I just think Traxxas feels they have given enough info to hold us over until the truck is actually released.
