I seem to have a major exhaust leak, I cut off the factory cable tie on the manifold side of the coupler, thinking it wasn't tight enough, put a new one on and it fell off. Since then I've put about five of them on, they keep falling off, is there a special heat resistant cable tie out there? I think the heat is breakin em off.

weird they shouldnt be comming off. you using good ties (not cheep ones). you could twist some wire on there but if might cut in to the rubber after a while.

scrap the stock coupling. and go find yourself a 1/8 scale coupling. they are bigger- more material means more durability which means more reliability.

im using 1/8 scale couplings on both my rustler and jato, and they have never fallin off. make sure you get some bigger zip ties too, they will also help.

I would also clean up that header!

Oil/nitro gunk sometimes can seep around the coupler causing the coupler to slip... cleaning everything up real well should help.

While you work on your exhaust, i would try to realign the header with the pipe for a better flow and less stress on your coupler. :)
