I wonder if TRX fixed the Slash's problem with the wheels rubbing the paint out of the wheel wells. I sure hope so.

I hope so, i hate that it rubbs and slows your truck down while going downhill.

I wonder if it will actually chew all the way threw the lexan on my slash after a while. LOL

Id say just trim it. I know someone will contest this, but seriously...well i guess it would be fun to chew it out with the wheels.

what sucks is how limited you are with rims and tires without having longer arms...i sure hope i will figure out what extended arms to mod onto this thing

Put sone duct tape inside the wheel wells. I did. Paints still there. I owe that to a buddy of mine who got his Slash when they first came out. I saw his at the track and noticed the worn paint right away. So I taped mine as soon as it came out of the box. You can also adjust your axle carriers. I just found the second hole when I took mine apart for maintenance. It actually make the rear hang down a little lower when in the air. Looks more realistic. And the tires will not hit the body when the suspension is fully compressed.
