Having Problems With Nitro Sport

I had just bought some new back and front wheels. When I put both of them on, the back are fine but the front wheels do not spin well. When I roll them, they barely move. All I know is that I bought the right rims and everything and made sure that all the screws were not on too tightly. If anyone has the answer that would be great

Now when I put them into the the rims, are they suppose to spin?

Yeah they should spin freely. you could test it by sticking your pinky through the inner part of the bearing and try to spin the outer race/part with your free hand. if it doesnt move well, you can try blasting it with wd40, or even working greese through to try and remove grit. Try getting it to work freely without the lock nut on, and if its loose/spins free without the nut, but then wont spin free with the nut, its the nut. Nut nut nut. lol

just tighten the nut all the way and then back it off a 1/8 of a turn. they should spin freely then.
