you should clean and oil them every once in a while to keep them rolling smooth.

I use nitro degreaser (kind in a pressurized can) and trinity royal oil to oil them. Keeps them running very well.

I use 3 in 1 oil each time during the after the run cleaning

Yes, you should oil and clean them when they are dirty. Some bearings are sealed, but can be oil with light oil like 3n1 or any bearing oil that your lhs sales.
I want to get one of these:

tony_250r what does that bearing blaster thing do???

Itís used to clean the bearings. You put the bearing into the blaster and it connects to a can of spray cleaner.

Bearing blasters are great little tools. The bottom section seals the inside of the bearing while the top section seals the out. You insert a tube from a spray like WD 40 into the small hole on the top and the sprays washes out the crud from the bearings.
Some sealed bearings can be taken apart for cleaning. The ones with a c clip. Ofthers can be cleaned with a bearing blaster.

You can also remove the plastic seals that arenít hale in with a snap ring, just remove it with a sowing machine needle, and then just push them back into place. Peace
