Blue Eagle LS

Can someone tell me what year the Blue Eagle LS was made?
Is any one still racing one of the "vintage" vehicles?
I have a BE LS that was slowly hopped up from the original Hawk. To this day I am still racing it----and winnng. The only aftermarket part on the truck is an A&L ball bearing bell crank, everything else...stock. The scary thing about racing it is that sooner or later I'm gonna break something that I won't be able to find a replacement part for.

I still have a Blue Eagle. It's got a little LS parts in it. The Blue Eagle is a well designed truck and I love to play with it when I have the time but I don't run it that much cuz I'm afraid something will break or get worned out and I won't be able to replace it. Even if there are parts available, it's still hard for me to get em cuz Malaysia is a long ways away from the US.

Winning is not just having the latest model but it's a matter of just having the best setup and good driving skills. At least in the local racing scene. Well, all the best to you in racing your LS.:)
