I would like to say thank you for the custmer service I recieved while on the phone with Traxxas support. I called in on a problem I am having with the waterproof EVX2 ESC on the new 3150 E-Maxx. After explaining what was wrong after only a few runs on a brand new truck I was to told to send it in for service. I was a bit bummed I have to shelf a week old truck for a month or so but I can not say enough how smooth the phone call went. I wish I got the guy's name but I wasn't thinking of it then. I have been the hobby for 20 years now and I had a 5-10 min conversation with the "guy" and he was by far the most understanding & imformative person I have ever talked to in this hobby. On top of the E-maxx issues I spoke with him about the VXL Rustler I just purchased and waiting to recieve on different set up's & battery options. Again nothing but helpfull information on that subject also.
I'm looking foward to running both these trucks and I can't wait to get them up & running.
