Well, I have owned a t-maxx for a little while now, and ran my dads e-maxx. I have been wanting a 4-tec or jato just for fun. So I have been placing bids on ebay for cheap just as a joke. So I put one a 2.5 Jato, and won. Tell me what y'all think by the looks of it, I do see the tie rod is bent. I does have all RPM. http://cgi.ebay.com/Traxxas-Jato-2-5-with-upgrades-runs-perfect_W0QQitemZ280185564253QQihZ018QQcategoryZ44 029QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem#ebayphoto hosting

Yeah, can't trust descriptions about engines. Hope it is good. Left front wheel looks bent. Here comes the questions. What size body does the jato use? What are the best foam and rubber tires? Keep the same type of spares as my t-maxx?

Welcome. You can put 190mm bodys on the jato or 200mm, but they are way wider than stock. The stock body is 159mm. Theese (http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXKKF5&P=7) are the best foams and road rage IIs (http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXLN12&P=ML) are the best rubber tires even though they where fast. for the foams you will need new era hex adapters (http://www.neweramodels.com/item.cgi?session_id=jqgbwolcxhflhtkyvesdjysemwaojo dd&part_id=3244)

I would like a good rubber tire or foam what ever last the longest. Does any one have a picture of a 190mm or 200mm body on a jato?

the 190mm is about a intch wider and the 200mm is about a little bigger than 1in.

Thanks, Not as big as I thought. I hope to receive this soon. I think I bought at a wrong time, just before x-mas. I am hoping to receive it before the new year.

Where did you order from? Tower normally takes about a week so it might be a day or two later than that.
