New Jato 3.3 Won't Start

I just purchased a brand new Jato 3.3. I previously owned a 2.5 T-Maxx and had no problems getting it to start to break the motor in. For some reason I can't get the motor to prime. Has anyone had this problem, and if so, what can I do to fix it? I made sure there was nothing blocking the fuel line or the tank. Not sure what else to try.
