3.3 brake in

i gust got a 3.3 and i don't rember some of the brake in prosegers and can't find manual or dvd. can somone tell me the brake in prosess? by this i mean "hit 1/4 trotel in 2sec in the 1st tank, this for the 2nd, this for the 3rd, ect". thanks
