Has anyone had trouble with servo cases (steering and throttle) breaking. I have had my truck for less than 6 months and had 2 throttle servo cases and 1 steering servo case break. Any suggestions?

my throttle servo case would always break when i broke a chassis top plate aswell, its because when you crash the top plate has to flex, and as the servo is attatched to it it would have to fletx aswell, but the servo case cant flax so it breaks (along with the top plate), so what i did was take 1 screw out of the servo case so that if the chassis plate bent during a crash, the servo case would have to bend with it. if you dont undersand think of a chair on uneven ground with 4 legs, it will wobble around, and if it was attatched to the floor by the legs, it would break. if there is another chair with 3 legs on un even ground it wouldnt wobble. wherever you put it it wont have to bend the chair, so if it was attached to the ground it would break (i hope that stupid explanation helps?)

After I broke my third throttle servo case I made some small metal plates to hold the servo in place and it's worked great for months now.

Just use some Silicon Glue where we have to fix the screws...between the top plate and the screw slots of the servo case...and DONT use the screws too tide.
keep in mind u have to create a soft layer of silicon glue between the servo case and top plate.
