ive had 2 villans for a while and reworked in a cooling setup for them...but im unsure its good enuf
now ive got a nitro vee with a 1.5 and im wanting to make sure that the cooling setup i put in will do the job....the stock cooling was gone when i got the boat sooooooo im working from scratch here...any sugestions locations and parts used would be EXTREAMLY helpfull as i want to asure that the engine gets plenty of water

Check out the parts exploded views, you get the idea of what's needed, and order from there anything you need.
I am building one as well, and I am almost done with my cooling system. The more water you can push through the head, the better.

yeah i figured more water is better..and ive had fairly good luck with the octura stuff on my vilain..the "stock" water pickup setup on the nitro just doesnt seem to me like it flows enuf water...im sure one of you guys out there has come up with a better setup?!?!?!?!?!?

To upgrade, you are pretty much on your own. What can you come up with? Mine is pretty slick, but I won't post pics until it's done.

ohh come on i just need some hints/tricks....i need to get the boat run worthy for the family reuinion at the end of the month out on the lake and would love to be able to blast around with it instead of leaving it here at home

If you just want it seaworthy, go back to stock. It'll be the simplest and fastest way to go.

Check out the MonsterVee thread. There is a pic of my pick there. It'll give you an idea what should be done.
