how are you liking the 3.3? mine has pretty much tore my stock jato apart i'm waiting on replacement junk from tower now. and if you think thats dirty i'll have to take a picture of mine, its coated in dirt. clean trucks have no place on this site unless they are brand new. if anyone has a clean truck i'll be happy to dirty it up for you at no charge :)

Loving the 3.3. it should come with one on it. 2.5 good:3.3 very very good
Only problem is breakage of fragile parts. Ie. bulkhead twice, top plate, clutch springs twice, stock plastic suspension arms both front and numerous other parts. Most of my parts are alluminum now.

what tires do you have mounted to the traxxas wheels?

Proline road hawgs. They lasted longer than any other tire that i used on asphalt.

The speed hawgs are good for traction but balloon worse than the stock tires. If you get these make sure you tape them before using them. They also wear fairly quick.

I did pick up the speed hawgs. How did the tire mod work out on these tires?

Words of caution. With this tire do not cut the entire lip off the tire. Trim very slowly. With my 1st set I cut too much off and had a problem keeping the tire in full contact with the rim. The side was is not that strong either. The side walls seem to balloon and cause the tire to seperate from the wheel. I have had better success with the road hawgs but i love the tread pattern and bite of the speed hawgs. I just use them for racing. Maybe you will have better luck with them.
