I'm trying to figure out how to post pics, so here goes! Only one for now because it took like 40 min. to load this picture onto photobucket. Anyone else have this problem?

Hope it works. If I can load some more, maybe a few will follow.

I have an Xanga just for posting pics elsewhere. They take about 30sec-1min each to load. It also depends somewhat on your internet service.
BTW It works:p

I have Photobucket and it only takes like 30 seconds for a a pic to load. You can practice posting pics here. (http://monster.traxxas.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=295195)

Thanks. I've figured it out, I just have a slow dial-up connection, I feel sure that's my problem. Here is a pic of my truck shortly after I took it over before I gave it a little tlc

Thanks man. I agree! Put gas in it a time or two, though, and you'd probably give it back!:D

Very nice. What kind of engine is it? Is it the 351w? A pic of the engine would be nice! My dad has a '73 Ford F-100 with a 390. That motor is a beast but it only gets 8mpg! We are looking for a new aluminum manifold for it but the lowest we can find it is $250. Not to hijack your thread but is there anyone who knows where to buy intake manifolds for a '73 6.4L 390 FE cheaper than $250? I think that is a gret first vehicle!

No, it's not a 351 w or m or a 390. It is a gas-burning 460BB which has been bored .60 over, has a towing intake and a towing cam with an edelbrock off-road carb and is exhausted through thrush glasspack mufflers and no catylitic converter. I get about six miles per gallon normally and maybe 8 on a good day (but eight is no fun!). We have milked 11 out of it on a long highway trip though (unloaded of course) and the worst it has ever gotten was 4.something pulling our camper to the beach.

Sounds sweet, probably doesnt leave town too often, it would take a small fortune to keep her going!!Fords rule!! I have a 1970 F100 with a fuel injected chev 350 small block/th700r4/ford 9 inch rearend with 4:11, she flies for a heavy old beast!

Yeah, I mostly just drive to school and back, and a few odd trips here and there. I also sometimes drive it to the nearest city/mall (monroe,NC) for various reasons, but for me it's not too uneconomical because my insurance is very reasonable for a "new" driver and I have no vehicle payments to make. But I'd go in debt for that sound!:D

Has anyone seen an e/t maxx body that is about this year model ford? I've got one that is the new body-style, and I've seen a few of the really old fords, but none from the in-between years such as my truck. I'd like to paint up a body to make my e-maxx look like my truck if I could find a body.

Anybody? It doesn't have to be exact, just close. Doesn't have to be painted either.
Parma's '91 Bigfoot (http://www.shopatron.com/product/product_id=PAR10293/137.0.6037.7259.0.0.0) is probably as close as you'll come to finding your truck in 1/10 form.
