What exactly are you refering to? Not being able to type? :p

Seriously though. Things break. Things fry. Sometimes more for some than others. Shocks break. They generally aren't defective. They just break and then you get upgrades.

The Pede is a great truck but driving it the way it wants to be driven leads to busted parts. Until you get the upgrades and then it just keeps going and going... Glad you were enjoying it! It'll be up and running again in no time.

Mine too. I was checking my gear mesh when i noticed some kind of oil on my a arm turns out it was leaking out of my shock. Ill just take some parts from my old front ones or get new ones.

hahaha, i have pictures of when my shocks have blown, i have went through 5 caps on my al shocks so far. when my shocks blew, it wasnt at te threads, i actually blew off the part where it mounts. im guessing shocktower flex has something to do with this, but im not scared.

and if you fried your bats and receaver, is it posiable that you cuold of goten them wet?

and by the way, the runner plus esc is really good when it comes to water!
i had my 4-tes compleataly submerged (skipping it:p ) and i just un plugged, let it dry for a coupple days, then it was fine!

Actually what's even more annoying is having the money for the parts but you gotta wait 3 days because the part broke staurday evening and your LHS isn't open again till tuesday.:mad:

And the lady that owns the place won't give you a key either.:(

That's why I usually get 2 pieces of a part when I break one. Then I have a spare ready to go when it breaks again.

One good tip is to have extra parts and definately extra money on hand with R/C:p .

whenever I make an order, I try to make the dollar amount as close to a multiple of 5 as possibal. So if my order is $66 w/shipping, I'll order a $4 spare part to make my order 70. That way, you don't need to make a $50 purchase on spares all at once.

Well this sucks. The planet gears or the sun gears just stripped on me. And of course I have no spares and the LHS isn't open till tuesday. As I said, annoying when you have the money for parts but can't get them because the LHS is closed.:( :(

Where in Maryland are you? I know of some good hobby stores in the D.C./Montgomery county area, and there are also some in Laurel and some nearer to the Bay.

I'm about 20 miles east of Baltimore, right near Joppa almost live on the Baltimore/Harford county line. The only LHS around here is Boxcar Hobbies and they're mostly into nitro; I get funny looks when i ask for some of the stuff I bought for my Pede. Oh and they think I'm joking when I say my brushless pede will smoke most of the nitros they have.

Oh well, I got a nitro truck I can go run.
