How bout mini-o, mini-revo, mino - something LOL
I can see a mini revo hitting the market and if its anything like the "revo-lution" traxxas has created with the hottest MT ever - and Im sure the jato will end up tearing up tracks soon, its only time we see a MINI-REVO.......
Traxxas you with me? Gonna suddenly show up with this mini like the jato - POOOOFF outta nowhere!? I kinda like it actually...it creates alot or chaos among the peeps here!
If you need help testing and keep a secret feel free to send me a mini-tmaxx-o or whatever ill keep it on the DL during testing :)

If anything, I think it will be similar to a mini-emaxx. Although a nitro mini would be amazing.
I dont think this is the right forum...jmo

yep, this is definately the wrong forum. But it would be awesome for a nitro, (as stated above) but that would be so hard to work on. :p

how 'bout they update their electrics for us electric guys? E-Jato please? or E-Revo...
it would be awesome if they could put a brushless system in their as long as they can keep the price reasonable.

whats the point of a mini? i can't understand why you'd want a miniature revo, jato, etc...

Ya your right, minis are silly - im sure AE and all other manufactures arent make any money and no ones buying so why make minis. Whats the point right?
I dont like boats for example - but I know others do, theres a market for EVERYTHING and minis have a godo following and are actually fun. Its neat to see something small like a rc18 perform like a 1/10 scale toy, or real scale never the less......
ITS A TOY - just like your RC you own.
My 2 cents - totally off topic in this jato forum but I had to reply :)

If they made a mini Nitro like the Revo I'd buy it in a heart beat...less fuel consumption cheaper parts and double the speed/fun

i saw a .15 mini t on ebay, thats not a typo, it actually had a sirio .15 in it. when i saw the vid, it looked just like a xxx-nt and it was rly har to control so i dont think a nitro mini would be reasonable.

about 10-15 years ago cox produced an R/C car (on-road) that used a .049 for power, so it could be done.
Of course, with the motor, battery, and electronic (esc) technology of these days a nitro mini would be kinda dumb.

Or use a rotary engine, that would be cool. And a rebuild would only be apex seals and sleave:cool:

yea but they dont and wont make em, they would be too complex to make, and no real use;) but you can get a rotary carb:D

ok you put that in your next rc car;) see how fast you go, oh thats right thats a plane engine YOU WONT MOVE. i know they make em for planes, but we are talking about "traxxas's next RC in the jato fourm" so i was refering to car & truck engines. maybe we should have water cooled marine engines, or some 10 cyl. viper engines  that would be soo cool! lol, but realisticly, they dont, and wont make "Land engines" thats are rotary.

And you can run a supercharger on it:cool:
EDIT: The next car should be Mini-R. R standing for Rotary.

RX8 boards? do they have rc car body fourms now? and what did it have a prop? so its like a fan car? and you can super charge any engine, it just ruins 2 stroke engines.

No, they have car boards, with the off topic discussion areas. It was a 4WD touring car, people on this board have put plane engines in their Revos, they didn't have props.
And you can build boost with this one, and it's a two stroke.

You could use that wankel... but you'd have to do a lot of mods, and I can't see it being worth it.
