hey with my rusty i had a 3pk and a hitec 6 something, dont remeber #'s but it was a digital high tourque that was around $85
and i sold both with my rustler, which was a mistake, cause im getting back in now and wish i had it. but im short on cash, and was thinking of a mx-3s, then ill get the stock traxxas high tourque, and use it for throttle, but what servo should i buy for steering?

i would go for the hitec 645-mg. Its metal geared and has lots of torque. The mx3 is a great radio, i would defentialy stick with that. But yea I would get the 645-mg. theres one thats almost exacly like the 645-mg, but it has more speed than torque, but i don't remember the number's.

The other servo you talked about, monsterpede, is the 635mg

nope tower does not have thoses, but they have a 625mg which has .15 sec , and 94 oz, not too bad:) and for $40, that what im gonna go for, thanks.

If you want to get the 625MG get it from hobbieguyrc.com, he has it for a little cheaper and the shipping is cheaper and much faster.

i highly doubt that the shipping is faster;) ! i ordered a 3pk a while back with normal ground shipping, and I got it in 4 days.

Sorry, i did a typo:rolleyes: i meant 645MG. They also have the 625MG which is faster but has less torque.

The Hitecn 645mg is a common choice, a very nice servo too.

The MX-3 is a nice radio but in my eyes it lacks many extra features. I think "Higher End" radios such as the JR series and the Futaba 3-PM are great choices. I got a Futaba-3pm and absolutely love it! It has sooo many features, and is very comfortable.

If you don't need all those extra features go get the MX-3, its a great value.

well i have had the 2pl,3pk, why not:D ill just go 3pm, i like futaba, they gave me 2 new servos cause my stupid self fried one:o lol but i geuss ill go 3pm and 625mg
