Which radio to get?

Hey,
I know I'm going to pre-order a Jato from tower when available with some nice wheels/tires and Traxxas extras.. thats all good but when it comes down to the radio.... I'm changing. Now keep in mind this is my first time getting serious about changing from AM to FM.

The two radios I'm looking at are Airtronics MX-3/s and the JR XR3i S/not synthesized.

First off I think I will go synthesized because of how darn expensive fm crystals are..

I want to know what you guys think of those two controllers and which one you personally like better (owner preference).

The JR XR3i seems to have LOADS of features.. and I'm diggin' it. But I'd wish to get opinions from others.

I would say get the JR. I have the XS3 PRO and I absoulutly love it. :wub:

It has pretty cool looks. The software and pregramming is really easy and the case is reasonably comfortable.

I really enjoy the easy ajustments and its not hard to access anything in particular.

If you have the money I would say go for the PRO. With the PRO you also get wet suite material and that makes it even more comfortable. PRO has the ajustable trigger and really cool styling.

Sorry to intrude. But if I purchase this transmitter, does the receiver come with it? I know it says its included, but it cost $79 if purchased on its own. Doesn't make sense to me.

the pro version comes with the 310 receiver. i am not sure about the S version.
