i see all these rustlers with wheelie bars. i have done wheelies but not all the time. does the carburater have to be fine tuned or will wheelies happen at factory?

I can tell you right now that my current setup never wheelies. You have to adjust the engine to your area, factory settings aren't going to work for everyone, they're just a starting point. If you want wheelies you can stiffen up the rear suspension.

do tires make a difference?

yes, tires make a difference. I ran with gladiators and it wheelied easily. But with speed hawgs in the rear, the tires just spun out. But then again, im running a 22 tooth clutch bell, and a 72 tooth spur gear. If you want wheelies, go for lower clutch bell, and the highest spur gear, 72 tooth spur, that should give you the bottom end boost

I have mine at factory settings an it works fine. I put Trinity Monster Blue Springs for an tmaxx all around an it helped. but if you want to wheelie get some speed then full brakes an whip the rear around in the other direction an gun it it seems to all ways work great for me.

stiffer springs, or add some preload to the current springs (so they allready have tention on them at launch)

Tires are the key factor in this one... Try some road hawgs, or road rages (I have used both, theyre both exelent)

Its a guessing game, so have fun ;p

also t-maxx+me=fun STOP CLICKING THE SUBMIT REPLY BUTTION... click it one time, and your good... since theires alot of ppl on theese days, you MAY have to wait the extra 15 sec for it to go

sorry for the rant, and the hijack... Its just that, well, its happening way too much, in effect slowing the thread down more, which leads to more double, tripal, and quadrical, and quintuple postings(thanks for making me think again... have to invent a word)
