i know this may sound stupid but i bought some stuff for my nitro rustler today and i got some stuff over xmass i got an air filter, rear shock toer tier bar bracks new wheel and rims body fail safe and a fuel filter and a pull start and glow igniter. i had like 220 dolors to the hobby store so i got some goodies :D wele i cant sem to get it started for some reson i dont think i charges my glow igniter so im doing it know but dose the fuel filter haft to be on a scertain way if so can you give me a pictuer i dont tink that they half to go on acertain way but im jw cuz i see alot of fuel in the lin after my tank and befor the filter but i practicly see nothing in to other end i look threw the filter and i can see right threw it so i dont know plz help me

Slow down, proofread your post for grammer and major spelling errors, and use a few items of punctuation.
The easier you make the post the read, the easier it is for someone to understand what you're asking. Quite honestly, reading that post above is hard, so not too many people will make the effort to help you, if you won't help them by taking your time posting it.

ok i cheacked my speling and evrything is should be alot better

It depends on what type of filter you have. If the screen is flat it doesn't matter, just put it on the same way every time. If it has a cone sort of shape to it I think it should go into the clear opening, and exit through the screen.

k-vette is right. Also, if its a cone one, make sure when you take it off, you put it in the same way. If you missed some spots while washing it out, and you put it in the wrong way, all the dirt will end up in your carburator.

ok well i went back to my car to cheack it out again see what it looked like it look flat so i will try to start it up tomaro and see what happens thanks for your help
