im doing a report on jai alai for my spanish class and i was wonderin if any of u play it and can u give me some info?

Just seach Google for Jai Alai leagues and history. You'll get a ton of info!

I've never played, but I've seen it once. It was crazy!

That's a pretty different topic, but should make for a good essay!

It's FAST! Deffinatly over 100mph. Try and find some vids online and you'll see.

I've saw a show (it was on National Geographic, I think) that was about Latan America. There was some shots of guys playing Jai Alai. All I can say is CRAZY FAST! You could hardly see the ball. Not only are the speed fast like nothing else, the players are vicious.

Yea, the people that play that game must be mentaly unstable lol!

I play lacrosse which is very high contact and people get injured all the time, but this game is a totally different level of insanity!

yea i read online that the record speed was around 188mph.... THATS INSANE!!!

If you didn't understand that either I wrote it wrong (probable :D ) or you are not to that in spanish class yet.

I remember johnny knoxville and his crew on a show, they threw oranges at them, sick. I still enjoy seeing it.

I figured you were just starting spanish. Me llamo Joshua. Estoy bien. Y tu?

I remember when I only knew that much. Now I am in spanish 3 (if they go by numbers where you live).

Also, good job drkdad on the translation. Are you fluent in spanish or did you put it through a translator?

Not fluent, but didnt use a translator.

Im in Spanish 3 Honors, so I should be able to understand things like that lol.

I saw that episode where they used oranges, FUNNY STUFF!!!!

I am in 8th grade, taking spanish one as an elective, usually you have to wait till 9th to take spanish. the only part of that I used a traslator for was juegue ese juego.

The first sentence I don't really understand what you are trying to say. I am guessing " Very crazy friends to play that game". Also, you have to say " en la clase de espanol". You can't say "en espanol clase". So to correct your last two sentences it would look like:

"Me llamo Miguel en la clase de espanol. Soy en la clase de espanol uno."

Not to say that that is totally correct either. And don't feel bas about making mistakes. As you practice more you will get it better. I am in 9th grade btw.
