sledgehamer vs pede

just curious.... how does the sledgehammer match up with an electric stampede? performance, durability, etc.

The Pede is better is almost every way. The only things that the Sledge had which I wish were on the Pede are 32 pitch gears & aluminum skidplates & motor plate. The chassis is made of a weaker material, the suspension arms are shorter, & there are really too many shocks on it. I run mine with half of the shocks removed, one per wheel. Don't get me wrong, they're great trucks but Traxxas made some nice improvements when designing the Pede to replace it.

I have both so i should know about this subject lol. well the pede is the better of the two i think. tell you some reasons.

1. Sludgehammer cant find parts for (am looking for a front bulk head so if anyone knows where i can get one let me know.

2. The Sludge hammer is a lil on the heavey side but i can still make it pop wheelie's (got some great pics of it if any one wants to see them. ;) )

3. Since the SledgeHameer is heavier, the Pede Is the faster of the two.
