what do u use to water proof your ESC?

what do u use to water proof your ESC? would it fit a novak ESC? and pease post a pic if u have one.

for my xl-1, i took the back cover off and put a bead of clear silicone all along the edge, then put the cover back on and tightend down. for the holes where the adjustment screws are, i pushed some earplugs into the holes and trimmed them off. then i put a piece of clear packaging tape over the plugs and around the bottom of the esc.
