Finally, a company is putting on stock rubber boots to keep the dirt out.

I'll still use my shock socks...
I wonder how those shocks will work under bashing conditions, and not just racing.

i saw the samples of the shock at the hobby and model show over the weekend and they look very nice, but they felt very stiff compared to the stock traxxas shocks...

RamTech-RC (http://www.ramtech-rc.com/page7.html) has spinners for the Maxxes. They are not as flashy as the pro-line ones, but still look cool.

The ramtech's are pretty cool for being the first one's. But once Proline and their big team of whoevers got this idea, they made some really nice spinners. they need to offer them in standard maxx size also.

Yeah, I also use shock socks. They do work good, however they still collect dirt and grime. Rubber boots would work a lot better though, because they could be cleaned very easy. Dirt and grime will not stick to them as much.

hmm... i dunno about those shocks... i say maybe big bores, rpm dual rate shock pistons, and RC ravin or trinity dual rate springs...

almost simple idea there. Looks something like a car shock. U need the shock there but yet u also need a spring. Thats why trucks have leaf springs in the back along with shocks. Proline is basically taking that idea and incorporating it into R/c.
