South Twin Cities Metro Area In Mn

The guys in the north metro have put together a great place(The Fisk Hobby Farm).Are there any good places on the south end?Anybody thinking of buliding anything?Speak up you guys lets put together a freindly bashing area somwhere in the south!:D
