do u have any aftermarket glow lighter or heater? they tend to get the plug hotter faster and that is probably what ya problem is your gettin to much fuel and glow plug is not hot enough to start

take out your glow plug turn your car over and crank it over until u dont see anymore fuel come out fo the engine then flip it back over put the glow plug back in and take one of the ez-start wires off and pust the button and let the glow plug heat up after hotlding it for about 20 sec while holding down the buttun plug the e-z start wire back in and it will start right up

About the EZ Start.
You could also make a little modification to your EZ-Start, so that it will ignite the glow plug as soon as you connect your battery to your car.
You can see it at :
that is a good mad i am gonna have to do that

I usually wait 1 or 2 seconds before pressing the red button, but anyway, just the time you plug it and the time you reach the red button is enough.

On a cold start up plug it in and let it sit to warm the cylinder then press the button, it will start faster.
