New Team Assoiated shocks for the EMaxx

I just got my new Team Assoiated shocks and now I'm waiting for the blue aluminum shock cap's, I think this way I might not blow a shock cap when bashing. My question is, what would be the recommended shock piston and shock oil? the kit came with 30 wt. oil but no recommendation on the shock piston. Also what does the different shock piston's and the different weight oil's do exactly? So far I'm just trying to get the truck set-up for some serious backyard bashing... Thank's a lot for the help. This is my first time here and I've had my EMaxx for about a month.

the stock pisten works great, use some 80 or 100 wt oil in the shocks and the truck feels alot better, with the 30 wt its way to soft.
And ive nevre seen a associated shock cap blow, the materal they use is very tough unlike the stock shock caps.
