E maxx tranni problems...

My Emaxx's tranni is only going to run in second, in both forward and reverse. i checked the gears, and they seemed fine, there was some white plastic like the gears, but i checked every gear, and it seemed fine. i moved the position of the arm to see if it wasnt going far enough to pull the arm, but thats not it , i think. i dont know what to think. what do you think? can you help me out traxxas? I would appreciate it. thanks.

Hey Racer,

Try looking to see if the arm is moving fully under load from the servo. I had an instance where it shifted between first and second, but didn't make it quite there. It acted as if it was in neutral at times and then only powered the rear wheels. Mine appeared to be where the servo arm slide on the shifting rod. Might not hurt to look there...
