Why would you need to get a whole new car? For those stripped screws. You just get a dremel and put a high-speed cutter on the dremel. Then dremel into the screw so you can take it out with a flathead screwdriver. Why would you need a new chassis? Also, im not sure when the 2.5 is going to be out by itself. You just need to get the engine and conversion kit for the n4-tec if you want the 2.5. You dont have to buy another car just for all these little things.

Im sure your chassis is fine. Alot of us practically have so many scratches and stuff that there isn't any blue left.hehe. You dont need to buy a new 4-tec just to have the 2.5 engine. Besides, there isn't anything new about the 4-tec, just the engine. You can buy the 2.5 engine seperately and then buy the conversion kit and you'll have a 2.5 in your 4-tec. Just do the thing with the dremel and your car will be fine.

I think they changed the tires on the 4-TEC because look at the chassic pic under the Nitro 4-TEC section, they are not the same ones. Of course that might be a concept or something...
The only reason you would need to replace your chassis is if it is severely bent, like bent beyond repair. If the chassis is bent just a little bit, it can be put in a vice, and maybe a little hammered a little to straighten it out.
