Someone HELP PLZ!!!!

I put on my 360 stinger and a Pro.15 carb and head and now I cannot get my NS to start at all, does anybody have a REAL setting for the low speed needle? not just (it should be flat with the carb)

Please help ASAP!:(

Put the high speed at 2.75 complete turns from closed, and the low speed at 1.75 complete turns from closed.
