I hhave just ordered the fatboy II daul pipes for my maxx. For a couple of days it would let me check where my order is and.......a couple of days later it said that I had no order history. I called the information number and told them to go to Jackson,Mississippi
( Where the company is supposed to be) and asked for the phone number for thercproshop.com. There was no listing for the company and it has been 2 and a 1/2 weeks ago that I placed my order and now they have my credit dard # and I do not get my pipes that I have already paid for.
Take a look at the company www.thercproshop.com
If you can get a hold of them and tell me I would greatly app. it because I think that it is not a company!;)

send a certified letter to the address shown above. make sure someone has to sign the letter. the better business bureau might be the next step. http://www.bbb.org/

report them to this place also http://www.thawte.com/ This is there ssl provider. The little secure lock when doing credit card orders. by the way thawte is not the greatest security authority. (verisign is the best and most respected athority and the most $$$)

That's unfortunate. Oh well, a dual exhaust will only ruin engine life anyway. You're better off without it.
But I would persue every avenue to get them straightened out.
The BBB may be of some help. There also Federal guidelines for business on the web.
Keep us updated.
Thanx for the heads up.:)

I have done much business with thercproshop. I have gotten everything i have ordered every time as long as it said it was in-stock. They respond fast to email...try that with anyone else....and they get the stuff here quick. Did you even try emailing them???
I do know they are very strict with the billing/shipping addresses on credit cards as the first one i used didn't match. Was this the problem here? They sent me an email stating the problem and how to fix it. Problem solved.
I have been around the net a long time and it still cracks me up everytime i see someone go nuts about there credit card info....VISA and MC both have no liability clauses now. If you have a problem with a online business, get with them first and try to let them take care of it....after all, you would go back to the retail store were you bought something wouldn't you? or would you just run around and tell everyone outside the store that you think you have been ripped off?
Nowa days it's typically not the businesses that are trying to rip you off, it's the guy next door trying to hack into the servers that the info is on. By the way, thercproshop doesn't store credit card info for more than a few minutes. Ask tower, stormer or any of the others if they store cc data in their websites!
Thanks for taking the time to read this. I only post a few times a year, so go ahead and flame me....it's your energy.
